1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phtayq.cam ("phtayq", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phtayq online gaming platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the phtayq website, placing wagers, or otherwise using any aspect of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and refrain from creating an account.

You must be a resident of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing and using the Services. phtayq operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is authorized to provide gaming services only within the jurisdiction of the Philippines.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and email address. You may only register one account with phtayq. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. Any activity occurring under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all such activity.

You agree to immediately notify phtayq of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phtayq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.

2.3 Account Verification

phtayq reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, and payment method ownership at any time. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and copies of credit/debit cards or screenshots of e-wallet accounts used for deposits.

Your account may be temporarily suspended pending verification, and you may not be able to withdraw funds until verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe or provision of fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Use of Services and Gaming Rules

3.1 Permitted Use

Game rules, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and betting limits are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms.

For sports betting, phtayq adheres to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing bodies. In the event of abandoned matches, postponements, or disputes, our Sports Betting Rules (available on the website) will govern the settlement of wagers. phtayq reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious errors in odds or event information.

Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the phtayq system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by the player. All gaming results are final, except in cases of obvious technical errors, which will be corrected and affected players notified.

3.3 Responsible Gaming Obligations

Gaming should be entertaining and should not be viewed as a means of income generation. You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that losses are an inherent part of the activity. You are solely responsible for managing your gaming activity, setting personal limits, and ensuring your gambling remains within affordable bounds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

You may fund your phtayq account using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking transfers, and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposit methods, minimum and maximum limits, and processing times are displayed on the Cashier page of your account.

Deposits must be made from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited as part of our anti-money laundering compliance. phtayq reserves the right to refund deposits and close accounts found to be using third-party payment methods.

You acknowledge that deposit transactions may be subject to fees imposed by third-party payment processors. phtayq does not charge fees for standard deposits but cannot control charges imposed by banks, e-wallet providers, or other financial institutions. Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible. This policy is implemented to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to prevent fraudulent activity. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own legal name matching your phtayq account registration details.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by providing requested identification documents. Standard withdrawal processing time is 24-48 hours for approved requests, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment method and third-party processor used.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in the Cashier section. phtayq reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements for large withdrawals or unusual account activity to protect against fraud and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

Funds held in your phtayq account do not earn interest. Your account balance represents gaming credits available for wagering and withdrawal, not a bank deposit or investment product.

4.3 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Promotional bonuses, free bets, and other offers provided by phtayq are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in each promotion's description and must be fulfilled before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must not be abused. phtayq reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly, placing opposite or hedged bets, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.

Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active at any given time. You may not combine multiple promotions or withdraw funds while bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled without forfeiting the bonus and any associated winnings.

5. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts or using false identities to circumvent restrictions
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate games
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Using the Services for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code
• Engaging in fraudulent payment methods including chargeback abuse
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phtayq staff
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's operation
• Sharing insider information or engaging in match-fixing related betting

5.2 Account Suspension and Closure

phtayq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by regulatory authorities or law enforcement. In such cases, we will provide written notice stating the reasons for account action where legally permissible.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited and retained by phtayq as liquidated damages. However, if account closure occurs for reasons not related to breach of Terms, any remaining legitimate balance (excluding bonuses and bonus winnings) will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw all funds prior to closure or request withdrawal as part of the closure process. phtayq is not obligated to reopen closed accounts.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phtayq platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive property of phtayq or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without express written permission from phtayq.

The phtayq name, logo, and all related trademarks are registered trademarks of phtayq. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phtayq disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

phtayq does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, nor that any defects will be corrected. Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, software bugs, or server downtime may occur, and phtayq will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from such occurrences.

In no event shall phtayq, its directors, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming opportunities, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, phtayq's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or five thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000), whichever is less.

You acknowledge and agree that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. phtayq is not responsible for your gambling losses. You participate in gaming activities entirely at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phtayq, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account
• Your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and your use of the Services.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law.

In the event of any dispute between you and phtayq, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal resolution.

For disputes involving amounts less than fifty thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 50,000), the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) rules. For disputes exceeding this threshold, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.

10. Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phtayq is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). As part of our compliance obligations, we implement various measures including customer identification procedures, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting.

You agree to cooperate with all reasonable requests for information or documentation related to anti-money laundering compliance. phtayq reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities without prior notice to you, as required by law.

Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns, particularly those with minimal or no gaming activity, may trigger enhanced scrutiny and additional verification requirements. Accounts primarily used for transferring funds rather than gaming purposes may be suspended or closed.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and phtayq regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other right or provision.
